1.A landowner who already holds land subject to a mortgage may wish to hypothecate his equity.
已經(jīng)擁有被按揭抵押土地的所有人可能會希望抵押他的衡平法權(quán)益.
2.A lien against the property is granted to secure an obligation.
準予對財產(chǎn)擁有留置權(quán)以保證義務(wù)之履行.
3.A pledge is something more that a mere lien and something less than a mortgage.
質(zhì)押的性質(zhì)超過純粹留置,但卻比不上按揭.
4.After the court imposed the lien,it usually issues a writ directing the sheriff to seize the property.
當法庭判定留置權(quán)后,其通常簽發(fā)一令狀,指示司法行政官扣押該財產(chǎn).
5.If the purpose of the transaction is to transfer property for security only,then the courts will hold the transaction a pledge.
