便箋(Short Note) 便箋是一種簡短信函。它的形式比一般書信簡單,多使用非正式語體。寫便箋時要寫清楚以下幾項:
(1)時間:即某月某日,如Feb.11, 2001
(2)人名
(3)事由
注意月份的全拼及縮略形式。月份的縮略形式為:Jan.,Feb.,Mar., Apr., May June, July, Aug., Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec. 【例一】
