Re: Your Complaint Letter Dated April 1, 2005
Dear Mr. Brown,
I am writing on behalf of my client, China Computer Wizards Co., Ltd., to let you
know that China Computer Wizards denies your accusation of infringement upon your
alleged patent. We have searched the government patent registration files in
response to your claim, but have found no such patent registered in China under your
company’s name. In any event, the concerned design is an original invention and
development by scientists at China Computer Wizards.
In addition, we are unable to comply with your request for the production of certain
confidential documents. The only responsive documents we are able to supply were
previously turned over to China Patent Office, a copy of which can be ordered by
contacting said Office directly. Therefore, China Computer Wizards has nothing
further to produce.
